Wes Hall's "No Bootstraps When You're Barefoot" has been longlisted for the 2023 National Business Book Award.

Joining nine other authors, the award, presented annually since 1985, recognizes outstanding talent in Canadian business writing. The $30,000 prize is determined by a panel of prominent individuals from the business and academic sectors.

"I am honoured to be recognized among outstanding works in the business world. Grateful for the journey and excited for what lies ahead," Hall said in a LinkedIn post.
