Kingsdale Advisors founder Wes Hall has announced the launch of his rebranded private equity firm, WeShall Investments Inc.

Announced on Martin Luther King Day, Hall said the announcement was inspired by Dr. King’s iconic ‘I Have a Dream’ speech in 1968.

“Starting a business is no easy task, especially if you are a visible minority. I never would’ve been able to start my first business Kingsdale Advisors, if it weren’t for a banker who looked like me and believed in my vision,” Hall said in a statement on LinkedIn.

“Being a firm believer that representation matters, I’m very proud to share that WeShall will focus on providing capital and elevating BIPOC entrepreneurs to change the entrepreneurial landscape of Canada.”
