After a brief hiatus, Aunty Lucy’s Burgers, a Black-owned burger shop that found popularity during the pandemic, has announced it is reopening a delivery-only location in Toronto’s fashion district.

The owners made the announcement in an Instagram post on Friday (Feb. 3), mentioning its feted Kumasi burger, Nima Sandwich, and other favourited items will be available on the Uber Eats, Door Dash, and Skip The Dishes apps.

“By the summer, we plan to expand this to 4 locations across the city to allow even more people to get their hands on a hot & fresh Kumasi burger or Nima Sandwich + more via delivery. This expansion will rely on all of you in the City Place and adjacent areas showing us love! Info on go-live date and hours to come,” the post reads.
