Dante Lee, 41, and DJ, his 15-year-old son, are the first father and son team of African Americans to start their own wig and extension business. They just acquired BlackHair.com from its former Asian owners, solidifying their position as major players in a multibillion-dollar sector with a dearth of Black business owners.
